Casa Sanchez Foods has been making Mexican inspired, authentic, healthy foods for over three generations. Founded in San Francisco in 1924 as R. Sanchez & Co., Roberto and Isabel Sanchez, added tortilla making to the Mexicatessen. In the 1960’s it evolved to Casa Sanchez brand Tortilla chips and Fresh Salsa with recipes from Zacatecas, Mexico.
