SEGGIANO: Organic Arborio Risotto Rice, 17.6 oz

A specialist in classic organic rice, for the best creamy, authentic Italian risottos. Arborio is the rice of choice for risotto because its outer starches dissolve and make a natural creaminess. Its quality lies partly in the grain selection and traditional stone husking, a gentle process that results in optimum nutrient and flavour. It's vacuum-packed to maintain quality.
