NEW YORK SHUK: Ground Sumac Berries, 2 oz

The sumac bush, native to the Middle East, produces ruby-hued berries. These berries are dried then ground which produces a versatile spice with a pleasantly fruity aroma and notable tangy, lemony flavor that shines when sprinkled over a dish just before serving.
