Product Description
Hand-cooked luxury with an extraordinary crunch. The Rustle story began in the truffle-rich forests of Croatia, founded by Julian (a passionate chef) and Marc (a talented designer) who sought to create a chip that complements a fine glass of wine. These chips are produced using Opal and Lady Claire potatoes grown in water-rich local regions, which are then batch-cooked by hand in 100% sunflower oil.
The "Cheese and Truffle" variety (marketed in some regions as "The Ugly Truffle") is defined by its deep umami profile. Unlike mass-market brands that use synthetic flavorings, Rustle tumbles their thick-cut chips through a special truffle dust made from authentic wild black truffles. The result is an earthy, oaky, and decadent flavor that balances the richness of the truffle with a savory, salty finish. By frying at a lower temperature, the chips absorb less oil, preserving the delicate flavor of the potato and creating a remarkably loud and satisfying crunch.
