Cave Aged Chandoka is a 70% cow and 30% goat milk blend, creating a unique flavor profile.  The wheels have an earthy aroma with vegetable undertones, while the rich, dense fudgy interior suggests complex butter, citrus, and grass notes.   This cheese evolves throughout its life cycle. Mild, fruity cheese with rich cheddar notes made with a blend of 70% cow milk and 30% goat milk. The cow milk develops sweet buttery characteristics, as the goat milk develops sweet-tangy notes, creating Chandoka- a wonderfully flavorful cheese.
